What Sets New Life Teeth Apart?

Since we opened our doors in 2012, we've operated under a simple philosophy: treat every patient like family. Before making any decisions, our team asks two straightforward questions:

"Will this make our patient's life better?" and "Is this the absolute best we can do for them?"

Here's what that means for you:

  • The most clinically optimal outcome  while focusing on patient care

  • The same surgeon who sees you at your initial free assessment will complete your surgery

  • We'll give you access to our patient support mobile app

  • IV Sedation included at no extra cost

  • 100% Transparency. We have nothing to hide.

  • Clear and fixed pricing so you don't have any unexpected costs.

  • Award-winning patient care

We're the only clinic in Ireland to be recognized by the Association of Brånemark Osseointegration Centers. We’re confident we can help you smile and eat with confidence again without the fear and anxiety that goes with it.

What are Full Mouth Dental Implants?

Full mouth dental implants offer a permanent solution for people who have lost all their teeth or are facing complete tooth loss. This innovative procedure uses 4-6 implants per jaw to support a complete arch of prosthetic teeth, providing a superior alternative to traditional dentures. The procedure involves:

  • Removing any remaining damaged teeth

  • Placing titanium implants in the jaw

  • Attaching a full arch of prosthetic Zirconia teeth

The complete process takes 10-12 weeks from surgery to final fitting, allowing time for proper healing and bone integration. At New Life Teeth, we exclusively use Prettau Zirconia for the final teeth, offering superior durability and natural aesthetics compared to alternative materials.

Why Do We Only Use Zirconia?

We are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality  solution. That's why we exclusively use Prettau® Zirconia for the final fixed prosthetic teeth in our full mouth dental implant treatments. Zirconia offers several key advantages over other materials like acrylic (PMMA):

  • Superior Aesthetics: Zirconia closely mimics the translucency and appearance of natural teeth, providing lifelike results. Its ability to be colour-matched and layered allows us to create stunning smiles customized to each patient.

  • Unmatched Durability: The high strength and wear resistance of zirconia means the prosthetic teeth can withstand the forces of biting and chewing exceptionally well over the long term.

  • Biocompatibility: Zirconia is highly biocompatible with the tissues in the mouth. It does not cause allergic reactions or inflammation, promoting better long-term gum and bone health around the implants compared to other materials.

  • Resistance to Staining & Odours: The smooth, non-porous surface of zirconia resists stains, bacteria buildup and odours much better than acrylic/plastic.

  • Better Long-Term Value: While the initial cost of zirconia may be higher, its longevity, durability, and low maintenance needs make it a wise investment. Plastic teeth often need to be replaced every 5-7 years, while zirconia can last well beyond that.

Our use of top-quality Prettau® Zirconia reflects our commitment to long-term patient satisfaction. Combined with our expertise in implant dentistry, zirconia prosthetics allow us to deliver functional, natural-looking smiles that patients can enjoy for many years. For the absolute best in full jaw implant solutions, zirconia is the clear choice.

Who are New Life Teeth?

New Life Teeth was founded over a decade ago by the esteemed dental implantologist, Dr. Stuart Lutton. Our team comprises highly skilled dental surgeons, clinicians, nurses, patient coordinators, designers, and lab technicians, all committed to providing top-tier Zirconia Full Jaw Rehabilitation.

Why are full mouth dental implants better than wearing dentures?

Dentures are removable, uncomfortable, and must be taken out at night. They can also cause bone tissue shrinkage over time. The New Life Teeth Zirconia full mouth fixed implants offer a permanent solution, preventing further bone loss and gum disease post-surgery.

Are Full Mouth Implants Available on the NHS?

No, the NHS do not provide this treatment.

What guarantees do you give patients?

We offer a 5-year biological warranty on the implants and a 15-year mechanical warranty on the Zirconia teeth, surpassing any other provider.

Are Full Jaw Dental Implants expensive?

While the initial cost of dental implants can be high, they are one of the most cost-effective long-term solutions for teeth replacement. At New Life Teeth, we offer Zirconia Full Jaw Implants for €19,500. We also provide finance plans to help you spread the cost over several months.

Do You Do All On 4?

Yes, we offer both All on 4 and All on 6, using the appropriate number of implants for each individual patient.

How long is the whole process?

From the surgery appointment, it takes 8 weeks to receive your final Zirconia teeth.

What are the teeth made of?

Your final teeth are crafted from the strongest Zirconia on a titanium subframe. We are the only UK provider offering these superior teeth at an affordable price.

Does it hurt?

At New Life Teeth you are in safe and highly capable hands. Every detail of your treatment is painstakingly planned beforehand using the latest computerised technology. Therefore, when it comes to placing your implants we are able to carry out the procedure causing you little or no discomfort. We provide you with conscious sedation during the procedure at no additional cost. As with all extensive dental treatments, some patients will experience post-operative tenderness in the mouth and swelling for a few days after the procedure, but this is completely normal. Full pre and post-operative medications and instructions are provided by our clinical team to help with any discomfort and our clinically trained patient co-ordinators will be available to help you through the healing process.

What if an implant fails?

At New Life Teeth we have a 98% implant success rate. In the unlikely event that an implant fails we will replace it for you.

Can I drive after surgery?

No. Because we will be sedating you during your surgery you will be unable to drive home. All patients must be accompanied to their surgery and back home afterwards.

How Long is the surgery?

Surgery lasts approximately 1.5 hours for a single jaw and 2.5 hours for both jaws. Once your surgery is complete you will be taken to your patient suite where you can relax and recover while your bespoke initial prosthesis is made in our on-site lab which takes approximately 1 hour. You will then be fitted with your first set of teeth leaving the clinic with a new smile!

What happens at my Free Clinical Assessment?

You will have a one hour appointment with one of our Full Jaw Implant Surgeons. You will have CBCT scans, Intra-oral scans and facial photographs and videos taken. With this data we will analyse your current dental situation and provide you with a costed treatment plan.

Do you do Zygomatic Implants?

Yes we often place Zygomatic implants for our more complex cases. We use Zygomatic implants when there is not enough bone for ordinary dental implants. A Zygomatic implant is longer than ordinary dental implants and engage the strong, dense bone that forms the cheekbone.

Do you do Bone Grafts?

Yes. If your jawbone isn’t thick enough, a bone graft or augmentation may be required. Depending on your needs, this could take place before or during your full jaw implant procedure. During your free clinical assessment our specialist surgeon will let you know if bone augmentation is required and talk through your treatment options. We know the procedure may sound daunting, but it’s fairly common and our specialist team will support you through the entire process.

I have been told I need a sinus lift. Do you do this?

Yes. A sinus lift increases the amount of bone in the upper jaw by adding space between molars and premolars. During your free clinical assessment our specialist surgeon will let you know if a sinus lift is required and talk through your treatment options.
