The First Step To Your New Smile

Deciding to get full mouth dental implants isn't easy. It's probably one of the biggest decisions you'll make, right up there with buying your first home. We know you've got questions, concerns, and maybe even some anxiety about the whole process. That's completely normal.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by all the dental jargon and conflicting information out there, don't worry - we've been there with thousands of patients before you.

Whether you're nervous about dentists (many of our patients are) or just want straight answers about what to expect, we're here to talk it through with you, no pressure and a supportive team to explain anything you don't understand.

What Do We Stand For?

Since we opened our doors in 2012, we've lived by a simple philosophy: treat every patient like family. Before making any decisions, our surgical team asks two straightforward questions: "Will this make our patient's life better?" and "Is this the absolute best we can do for them?"

Here's what that means for you:

  • You'll keep the same surgeon from your first visit to your last

  • We'll give you access to our patient support app (think of it as having us in your pocket)

  • Worried about the procedure? We include IV sedation at no extra cost

  • No hidden costs or surprise fees - we believe in complete transparency

  • Award-winning patient care at every visit

We're the only clinic in the UK and Ireland recognized by the Association of Brånemark Osseointegration Centers - but what matters more is how we'll put that expertise to work for your smile.

What are Dental Implants?

Dental implants are innovative, long-term tooth replacement solutions designed to mimic the function and appearance of natural teeth. These small titanium posts are surgically placed into the jawbone to serve as artificial tooth roots. Here's what you need to know about dental implants:

  • They act as a strong foundation for fixed or removable replacement teeth

  • Implants fuse with your jawbone over time, providing stability

  • They can be used to replace a single tooth, multiple teeth, or support full arch prosthetics

Dental implants offer a durable and natural-looking solution for those seeking to restore their smile and oral function. Whether you need to replace one tooth or an entire set, implants provide a reliable foundation for your new teeth.

We Can Help All Complex Cases

Been told your case is too complex? That you don't have enough bone for implants? We love hearing those words, because that's where we shine. Whether you've had implant treatment that didn't work out, are dealing with bone loss, or have been turned away by other clinics, we've probably helped someone in a similar situation.

Thanks to advanced techniques like zygomatic implants (which anchor into your cheekbone when jaw bone is limited), we can help many patients who thought implants weren't possible for them. Every "complex" case is unique, but that's what makes our work exciting - finding solutions where others see problems.

Why Do We Use Zirconia?

The material used for your new teeth matters. A lot. That's why we exclusively use Prettau Zirconia. While other clinics might try to tell you their acrylic (plastic) teeth are just as good, we believe you deserve better.

Think of it this way: would you rather have teeth made from premium, lasting materials that resist staining and wear, or something that might need replacing in a few years?

We've seen the difference Zirconia makes in our patients' lives - in how long the teeth last, how natural they feel, and how confident people feel with their new smile. We've made a clear and comprehensive breakdown, you can find out more using the button below

Who are New Life Teeth?

New Life Teeth was founded over a decade ago by the esteemed dental implantologist, Dr. Stuart Lutton. Our team comprises highly skilled dental surgeons, clinicians, nurses, patient coordinators, designers, and lab technicians, all committed to providing top-tier Zirconia Full Jaw Rehabilitation.

Why are full mouth dental implants better than wearing dentures?

Dentures are removable, uncomfortable, and must be taken out at night. They can also cause bone tissue shrinkage over time. The New Life Teeth Zirconia full mouth fixed implants offer a permanent solution, preventing further bone loss and gum disease post-surgery.

Are Full Mouth Implants Available on the NHS?

No, the NHS do not provide this treatment.

What guarantees do you give patients?

We offer a 5-year biological warranty on the implants and a 15-year mechanical warranty on the Zirconia teeth, surpassing any other UK provider.

Are Full Jaw Dental Implants expensive?

While the initial cost of dental implants can be high, they are one of the most cost-effective long-term solutions for teeth replacement. At New Life Teeth, we offer Zirconia Full Jaw Implants for €19,500. We also provide finance plans to help you spread the cost over several months.

Do You Do All On 4?

Yes, we offer both All on 4 and All on 6, using the appropriate number of implants for each individual patient.

How long is the whole process?

From the surgery appointment, it takes 8 weeks to receive your final Zirconia teeth.

What are the teeth made of?

Your final teeth are crafted from the strongest Zirconia on a titanium subframe. We are the only UK provider offering these superior teeth at an affordable price.

Does it hurt?

At New Life Teeth you are in safe and highly capable hands. Every detail of your treatment is painstakingly planned beforehand using the latest computerised technology. Therefore, when it comes to placing your implants we are able to carry out the procedure causing you little or no discomfort. We provide you with conscious sedation during the procedure at no additional cost. As with all extensive dental treatments, some patients will experience post-operative tenderness in the mouth and swelling for a few days after the procedure, but this is completely normal. Full pre and post-operative medications and instructions are provided by our clinical team to help with any discomfort and our clinically trained patient co-ordinators will be available to help you through the healing process.

What if an implant fails?

At New Life Teeth we have a 98% implant success rate. In the unlikely event that an implant fails we will replace it for you.

Can I drive after surgery?

No. Because we will be sedating you during your surgery you will be unable to drive home. All patients must be accompanied to their surgery and back home afterwards.

How Long is the surgery?

Surgery lasts approximately 1.5 hours for a single jaw and 2.5 hours for both jaws. Once your surgery is complete you will be taken to your patient suite where you can relax and recover while your bespoke initial prosthesis is made in our on-site lab which takes approximately 1 hour. You will then be fitted with your first set of teeth leaving the clinic with a new smile!

What happens at my Free Clinical Assessment?

You will have a one hour appointment with one of our Full Jaw Implant Surgeons. You will have CBCT scans, Intra-oral scans and facial photographs and videos taken. With this data we will analyse your current dental situation and provide you with a costed treatment plan.

Do you do Zygomatic Implants?

Yes we often place Zygomatic implants for our more complex cases. We use Zygomatic implants when there is not enough bone for ordinary dental implants. A Zygomatic implant is longer than ordinary dental implants and engage the strong, dense bone that forms the cheekbone.

Do you do Bone Grafts?

Yes. If your jawbone isn’t thick enough, a bone graft or augmentation may be required. Depending on your needs, this could take place before or during your full jaw implant procedure. During your free clinical assessment our specialist surgeon will let you know if bone augmentation is required and talk through your treatment options. We know the procedure may sound daunting, but it’s fairly common and our specialist team will support you through the entire process.

I have been told I need a sinus lift. Do you do this?

Yes. A sinus lift increases the amount of bone in the upper jaw by adding space between molars and premolars. During your free clinical assessment our specialist surgeon will let you know if a sinus lift is required and talk through your treatment options.
